Agreement

By using TubeDigest, you agree to these Terms. The service is operated by Donald Bing. Questions: [email protected].

The service

TubeDigest lets you paste a YouTube link to receive AI key insights and an English transcript derived from available English captions on that video.

We do not store video files. Captions and results may be cached for up to 60 days as described in our Privacy Policy.

Accounts

Some features (such as saved history and purchasing Pro) require signing in with Google. You are responsible for activity under your account.

Acceptable use

You must use TubeDigest lawfully and in a way that respects YouTube’s terms and applicable copyright rules. Do not attempt to abuse quotas, disrupt the service, or use outputs for unlawful purposes.

Subscriptions and billing

Pro plans are billed through Paddle. Prices and plan limits are shown on the pricing page. Refunds and payment disputes are handled under Paddle’s buyer policies.

If you cancel a subscription, Pro access continues until the end of the current billing period, then reverts to Free.

AI outputs

Insights are generated by AI from available captions and may be incomplete or inaccurate. TubeDigest does not provide professional, legal, medical, or financial advice.

Availability and limits

We may change free/Pro limits, refuse unsupported videos (for example missing English captions or videos that exceed length limits), or suspend access for abuse or operational reasons.

Disclaimer and limitation

The service is provided “as is” without warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the extent allowed, ${LEGAL_ENTITY} is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of TubeDigest.
